Requirements
BASIS b-commerce requires a JRE version 5.0 (aka 1.5.0_XX) or higher, available for download from Sun Microsystems, Inc.
TIP: To easily verify the J2SE Development Kit or J2SE Runtime Environment version, go to Start | Control Panel | Add or
Remove Programs.
Browser Troubleshooting
Microsoft Internet Explorer
If, after launching b-commerce, the browser prompts you to begin an automatic download of Java, start the download, install
the JRE, and then b-commerce will launch. If the initial attempt to launch does not offer an automatic download/update,
manually download and install the correct JRE.
Other Browsers
Download and install the correct JRE version. Associate the JRE with
your browser when prompted during the installation process.
